Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a means to look at the proximity of the automobile tire by the angle change of a mirror in short period by changing the angle of an electrically controlled mirror to directly downward and then inward of the automobile. CONSTITUTION:When all of the timer 4 for actuating period setting of the first motor for up and down drive, the timer 5 for actuating period setting of the second motor for left and right drive, and timer 7 for rest period setting after the angle change are in the OFF condition, pressing of a switch 1 actuates an angle change command circuit to turn on all the timers 4, 5, and 7. The outputs of the timers 4, 5, and 7 selected by a gate circuit 8 which gives a signal for driving the first and the second motors either in normal direction or in reverse to a mirror drive circuit 9. When the switch 1 is pressed while only the third timer 7 is on the restoration command circuit 3 is actuated to generate a negative reset pulse to turn off the third timer 3.
