and the second by the separator 5 and the lower flexible film 6.
As shown in the figure, the air sealed inside the opening 4 expands and contracts repeatedly due to changes in temperature and humidity.
If delamination occurs between the openings 4 and 4 as shown in FIG.
The upper flexible film 2 facing the switch was stretched and sagged, causing the contacts 3 and 7 to approach each other, resulting in a short circuit, resulting in a significantly unreliable switch.

By extending one opening 4aJ: J groove or slit 10 toward the outside world and communicating with the outside world, each opening 4 indirectly communicates with the outside world. Even in the sandwich structure with the flexible film 2 and the lower flexible film 6, there is no bump or dent in the contact area due to temperature changes, and a constant distance between the contacts 3 and 7 can be maintained at all times. Reliability is maintained.

As shown in FIG. 7, when forming a sandwich structure with the upper flexible film 2 and the lower flexible film 6, a similar through hole 12 is provided in the lower flexible film 6 located in the through hole 11, and a rigid support is provided. Board 8
By providing similar through holes 13 in The structure is such that peeling and electrical short circuit between the contacts 3 and 7 will not occur.

The air inside is channeled through grooves or slits 9 or through holes 11, 12.
Since the upper flexible film 2 is indirectly connected to the outside world through the wires 1' and 3, there is no expansion or contraction of the upper flexible film 2 due to temperature changes, and the reliability of the switch is significantly improved.
