Abstract

PURPOSE:To install a plant barge at a given height by a method in which a plant barge is floated by the buoyance of mud water injected into side walls surrounding an installation position and extending from the seabed to above the sea surface and then landed on the sediment sludge. CONSTITUTION:Side walls 5 extending from the seabed 4 to above the sea surface 2 are constructed in such a way as to surround a plant barge 1 in an installation position 3. Mud water 7 is charged through the supply tube 6 of a mud water supplier into the side walls 5 to allow the plant barge 1 receiving the buoyancy to float in the side walls 5. At a time when sludge 8 is deposited up to the upside of the side walls 5 above the bottom face 10 of the plant barge, the supply of mud water 7 is stopped, and when the sludge 8 is hardened in the side walls 5, the barge 1 is landed and installed on the bottom of the floating position. The floating and setting on the bottom of the plant unit and the formation of installation site can be concurrently performed.

When installing this plant barge, the bottom side of the plant barge is placed on the bottom. In the bottom landing method, after the plant barge is towed into a pond connected to the sea that has been dug in advance at the installation location, Generally, the plant barge is loaded with ballast, and its weight on Harasu 1 causes the bottom of the plant barge to touch the bottom of the pond so that it is installed. digging,
Oyo! There was a problem in that it was necessary not to backfill the area around the plant barge after it landed on the bottom, and furthermore, the bottom of the plant barge could not be installed at a height close to the sea surface.

The method for installing a plant barge according to the present invention which achieves the above object is to inject muddy water into a side wall surrounding the installation position and extending from the seabed to the sea surface. The plant barge is floated by the buoyancy of the barge, and the plant barge at this floating position is brought to the bottom on the settled mud within the side wall.

At this installation position 3, a side wall 5 extending from the seabed 4 to above the sea surface 2 is constructed so as to surround the plant barge 1. The top of this side wall 5 is set at the desired height for installing the plant barge 1.
It is desirable that all parts other than the tow port for the plant barge 1 be constructed in advance.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1C, muddy water 7 is injected into the side wall 5 surrounding the plant barge 1 through a muddy water pipe 6 of a muddy water supply device (not shown).

The plant nozzle 1 that receives the buoyant force of the injected muddy water 7 gradually floats within the side wall 5. At this time, the mud 8 settles to the bottom of the side wall 5, and the clean water 9 overflows the top of the side wall 5 installed at a set height and is returned to the sea, so that the bottom surface of the plant barge at the floating position is 10 comes into contact with mud 8 which is gradually settling higher. At this point, it is desirable to inject a comparatively large screw 11 into the bottom of the blunt nozzle 10 separately from the muddy water 7 in order to maintain levelness.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1(D), as the muddy water 7 continues to be injected, the muddy soil 8 reaches the top surface of the side wall 5 above the bottom surface 10 of the plan)/\-ji, and the pouring of the muddy water 7 is stopped. ,
By waiting for the mud 8 in the side wall 5 to harden, the bottom surface 10 of the plant node IG at the floating position can be brought to the bottom and installed at the floating position where it has floated close to the sea surface.

Furthermore, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the plan)/noge 1 has a plurality of legs 17, 17 that can be slid in the vertical direction.
.. 17..., each leg 17 is brought to the bottom before the plant barge 1 floats, and when the plant barge 1 is in the floating position, each leg 17 is fixed to the plant while keeping the plant barge 1 horizontal. It is fixed to barge 1,
It is desirable to use the legs 17 auxiliary for horizontal installation of the plant barge 1 itself and for piling.

In this way, in the present invention, the surrounding side wall 5
By injecting muddy water 7 into the side wall 5 , the plant barge 1 can be floated to a desired height near the sea surface by the buoyancy of the muddy water 7 injected into the side wall 5 . Coupled with the fact that the plant barge 1 can be installed by landing on the bottom on the muddy soil 8, it becomes possible to float the plant barge 1 to the bottom and prepare the installation site 12 at the same time. Therefore, it is necessary to dig a pond at the conventional installation location and backfill the area around the plant barge after it has landed on the bottom, and it is also necessary to install the bottom of the plant barge at a height close to the sea surface. This can solve the problem of not being able to do so.

As shown in FIG. 2, the side wall 5 surrounding this installation position can be formed by a heavy steel sheet pile 13 by driving a steel sort pile 13 into the seabed 4. The outside of the pile 13 may be reinforced by tightening it with several stages of wire ropes 14, 14, etc. Alternatively, the steel sheet piles 13 may be driven twice with an interval H between them, and the concrete grooves 5 may be driven while draining water within this interval H.

In short, in the plant barge installation method according to the present invention, the plant unit towed to the installation position is
The plant barge is floated by the buoyancy of muddy water injected into a side wall that surrounds the installation location and extends from the seabed above the sea surface, and the plant barge at this floating position is brought to the bottom on the settled mud within the side wall. By doing this, the plant barge can be floated to a desired height near the sea surface using muddy water injected into the surrounding side wall, and furthermore, the plant barge at this floating position can be brought to the bottom on the settled mud within the side wall. Combined with the ability to do this, it is possible to float the plant unit to the bottom and prepare the installation site at the same time.
