Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently separate an oil component and moisture, by delaying a flow speed as waste water is going to the separation chamber in the side of a waste water outlet from a waste water inlet. CONSTITUTION:The plane areas of a plurality of separation chambers are made large successively from a waste water inlet 4 toward a waste water outlet 5 by forming said separation chambers in a concentric circular form to delay the flow speed of waste water flowing through the separation chambers 3. That is, when waste water is flowed into the separation chambers from the exhaust water inlet 4, it passes through the separation chambers 3 successively, and an oil component O and water W are separated in the separation chambers 3 by the difference of specific gravity and waste water, from which the oil component O is removed is discharged from the waste water outlet 5. In this case, because partition walls 2 are provided at almost equal intervals in the diameter direction, the plane areas of the separation chambers 3 become large from the side of the waste water inlet 4 toward the side of the waste water outlet 5 and the flow speed of waste water successively becomes slow from the side of the waste water inlet 4 toward the side of the waste water outlet 5 and the oil component O can be separated efficiently.

[Background Art] As shown in FIG. 2, in a conventional oil separator, the inside of a rectangular parallelepiped tank 1' is divided by partition walls 2' arranged at equal intervals in the direction of the operator of the tank 1'. Separated chambers 3' having the same planar area were formed, and a drainage outlet 5 was provided in the separated chambers 3' on one side in the direction of the technique. In such a conventional example, the wastewater flowing from the drainage population 4 sequentially flows into each separation chamber 3' and is separated based on the difference in specific gravity.
The wastewater from which the oil content O has been separated comes out from the drain outlet 5,
Since the planar area of each separation chamber 3' is approximately the same and the flow velocity of the waste water flowing through each separation chamber 3' remains unchanged, there is a drawback that separation is insufficient and oil content O is often contained in the waste water.

[Objective of the Invention 1 The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to reduce the flow velocity from the drain inlet to the separation chamber on the drain outlet side, so that oil and moisture are separated. An object of the present invention is to provide an oil separator that can efficiently separate oil.

[Disclosure 1 of the Invention The oil separation device of the present invention has a circular tank 1 partitioned by a plurality of cylindrical partition walls 2 arranged concentrically to form a plurality of separation chambers 3, and a separation chamber located at the center. A drainage port 4 is provided in the chamber 3, and a drainage outlet 11 is provided in the crucian carp chamber 3 located at the outermost periphery.
1, f+#su, etc., and by configuring it as described above, the drawbacks of the conventional example have been solved. In other words, by forming a plurality of separation chambers 3 concentrically, the planar area of the separation chambers 3 is sequentially increased from the drainage population 4 toward the drainage outlet 5, and the flow velocity flowing through the separation chamber 3 is sequentially slowed down, thereby increasing efficiency. It is made so that it can be separated.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. 1 is a circular tank, and the tank 1 is partitioned into a plurality of separation chambers 3 by a plurality of cylindrical partition walls 2 arranged concentrically. Partition wall 2
There is one that projects upwardly from the bottom of tank 1, and another that projects downwardly from the top of tank 1. Drainage water flows through each separation chamber 3 overflowing above the partition wall 2. A drainage port 4 is provided in the separation chamber 3 at the center of the tank 1, and a drainage outlet 5 is provided in the separation chamber 3 at the outermost periphery. When the wastewater flows in from the wastewater population 4, the wastewater flows through each separation chamber 3 in sequence, and in each separation chamber 3 oil content O and water content W are separated by the difference in specific gravity, and the wastewater from which oil content O has been removed is discharged. It is discharged from outlet 5. At this time, since the partition walls 2 are provided at approximately equal intervals in the radial direction, the planar area of the separation chamber 3 increases from the drainage port 4 side to the drainage outlet 5 side.
The flow rate gradually decreases from the drain inlet 4 side to the drain outlet 5 side, and zero oil is efficiently separated.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention partitions the inside of a circular tank with a plurality of cylindrical partition walls arranged concentrically to form a plurality of separation chambers. Since a drainage inlet is provided and a drainage outlet is provided in the separation chamber located on the outermost periphery, the planar area of each separation chamber increases from the drainage inlet side to the drainage outlet side, and from the drainage inlet side to the drainage outlet side. The flow rate of the waste water in each separation chamber is reduced, increasing the oil separation efficiency, and no oil is contained in the waste water.
