図、第３図は本考案による回転センサの構成図、第４図
ａは第３図に示すものの二つの検出コイルの検出信号の
波形を示す図、第４図すは第４図ａに示す波形の２値化
波形を示す図、第５図は二つの検出コイルの検出信号の
時間差を測定する回路の構成図である。 図面中、１は歯車、２は回転軸、３は歯、４は永久磁石
、５ａ、５ｂは鉄心、６ａ、６ｂは検出コイル、７ａ、
７ｂは２値化回路、８は時間差計測装置である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被計測回転体の回転と一定の関係で回転する磁性体で形
    成された歯車と、該歯車の歯を経由して磁路を形成する
    ように該歯車に近接して配置された永久磁石と、上記歯
    車の画と永久磁石の間に歯車の歯の配列の方向に位置的
    にづれて形成された二つの磁路と、これらの磁路をそれ
    ぞれとりまく様に配置された二つの検出コイルとからな
    り、上記歯車の回転によって、上記二つの検出コイルの
    出力信号の時間差から回転数を計測することを特徴とす
    る回転センサ。
