Structure of conventional example and its problems Conventional - This type of electric cooker, as shown in Figs. A connecting pin 3 is provided at the end of the plate '1, and a plug-in thermostat 5 is inserted and connected to this connecting pin 3 to sense the temperature of the plate 1 and control the power supply to the heating element 2. That's what I do. The heating element 2 is made of an insulating material '6, as shown in FIG.
A heating wire 7 is buried therein, one end of a terminal bar 8 bent in an L-shape is connected to the end of the heating wire 7, and a part of the other end of the terminal bar 8 is connected to the surface of the insulating material 6. It is constructed by making it protrude more. Further, a lead wire 9 made of wire material is connected to the protruding portion at the other end of the terminal bar 8. On the other hand, the insulating plate 10 and the terminal plate 11, which is bent into an abbreviated shape and has a flat part, are fixed by caulking the connecting pin 3, and the lead wire 9 is attached to the flat part of the terminal plate 11. The lead wire 9 and the terminal plate 11 were connected to each other by clamping them with screws 13 via washers 12. However, in this configuration, the lead wire 9 made of wire material is sandwiched and connected between the flat parts of the terminal plate 11 and the washer 12 made of sheet metal, so the connection area is very small, and therefore the heating by the heating element 2 is During cooling, the clamping pressure decreases due to external loads caused by attaching and detaching the plug-in thermostat 6, and as a result, there are problems such as abnormal heat generation and failure to conduct electricity, making it impossible to connect completely.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the electric cooker of the present invention includes a plate having a heating element on the back side, a terminal bar protruding from the heating element, and a connecting pin connected to a power source through an insulating plate. It has a lead plate that is clamped and fixed and connected to the terminal bar, and the lead plate is made of sheet metal, and one end that contacts the insulating plate 1 is bent in an abbreviated shape. In addition to locally reducing the width, an abbreviated tongue piece is provided on the other end side of the lead plate to bend and protrude from the side end of the lead plate to connect to the terminal bar, and further to connect to the insulating plate. is a recess with a width slightly larger than the narrow part at a position corresponding to the narrow part of the bent part of the lead plate, and the structure of the lead plate and insulating plate allows the connection pin and the terminal bar of the heating element to The electrical connection can be made easily and reliably.

The above configuration electrically connects the connecting pin 26 and the heating wire 22a.In one embodiment of the present invention, the lead plate 27 is made of sheet metal, and the lead wire 27 is made of sheet metal. Although it is through the insulating plate 26, since it is directly connected to the connecting pin 26, a sufficient contact area can be ensured and a reliable connection can be made. In addition, the terminal plate 11 shown in the conventional example. Since the washer 12, screw 13, etc. are also not required, the number of parts can be reduced, and as a result, the configuration can be greatly simplified.

In addition, the welding tongue piece 29 provided on the other end side of the lead plate 27 and the terminal bar 24 are connected by electric resistance welding, etc., but the lead plate 27 is naturally centered due to the same dimensions during machining, etc. In this state, it is very difficult to bring the tongue piece 2'9 into complete contact with the terminal bar 24, and therefore a certain amount of gap occurs. If welding is performed in this state, there will be variations in the welding pressure and the weld strength will not be stable, resulting in weak joints that may break during use. In the example, since the width of the bent portion 28 in contact with the insulating plate 26 at the end, which is the base of the lead plate 27, is locally reduced, the width of the bent portion 28 of the lead plate 27 is reduced to the extent that it does not affect the pressing force during welding. The welding tongue piece 29 provided at the tip can be moved. Furthermore, since the insulating plate 26 is provided with a recess 31 having a width slightly larger than the narrow width part of the lead plate 27 at a position corresponding to the narrow width part of the lead plate 27, the tongue piece 29 of the lead plate 27
As a result, the welding tongue piece 29 provided at the tip of the lead plate 27 can be easily moved.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention is particularly advantageous in that the lead plate is a sheet metal part, the width of the bent portion at the base is locally reduced, and the insulating plate in contact with the lead plate is
By providing a concave portion with a width slightly larger than the narrow portion corresponding to the narrow portion of the bent portion of the lead plate, the number of parts is reduced, resulting in a simpler configuration, and a stable electrical connection is possible. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a highly reliable electric cooker at a low cost.
