BACKGROUND ART A conventional circuit board mounting apparatus of this type has a configuration as shown in FIG. In the figure, 1 is an upper case, and 2 is a lower case, which are fastened together with a plurality of screws and constitute a main body of a control device or the like. Reference numerals 3 and 4 denote a control circuit board and a power supply circuit board built into the main body, with their copper foil surfaces facing each other. The control circuit board 3 is equipped with a switch 6 operated by an operation button 5 mounted on the upper case 1, and the power circuit board 4 is equipped with members such as a relay and a resistor. 7 is a terminal board for supplying power to the power circuit board 4, one end of which is connected to the terminal part of the power circuit board 4 by soldering, and the other end thereof has a terminal screw 8 to which a power wire is screwed.

The control circuit board 3 is attached by being sandwiched between fastening seats 2d and 2e provided at key points of the upper and lower cases 1 and 2. In addition, a boss 2c protruding from the lower case 2 through the power supply circuit board 4 comes into contact with the back surface near the switch 6 installed on the control circuit board 3, and supports the control circuit board 3 and presses the operation button. This prevents the control circuit board 3 from deforming due to external force when the control circuit board 5 is operated.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, the control circuit board 3 and the power circuit board 4 are arranged in two stages, and in order to ensure mutual electrical insulation distance between them, the power circuit board 3 and the power circuit board 4 are installed in two stages. Bosses 1a and 1b for attaching the board 4 pass through the control circuit board 3, and bosses 2c for preventing the switch 6 portion of the control circuit board 3 from deforming due to operation of the operation button 5 pass through the power supply circuit board 4. It was hot. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide through holes in the control circuit board 3 and power circuit board 4, which reduces the mounting area of components on the control circuit board 3 and power circuit board 4, making the arrangement of electronic components inefficient. This caused the problem that high-density packaging was not possible.

Furthermore, since the copper foil surfaces of the control circuit board 3 and the power supply circuit board 4 face each other, it is necessary to ensure a sufficient insulation distance. For this purpose, the protruding length of electronic component leads from the copper foil surface, the amount of warpage of the control circuit board 3 and power supply circuit board 4, the amount of deformation due to external forces such as switch operation and connection of power supply wires, and the amount of dust The insulation distance between the two substrates 3 and 4 was calculated and designed by adding these values in consideration of deposition and the like. Therefore, the insulation distance becomes large, and there is also the problem that the height of the main body housing the substrates 3 and 4 becomes high.

Furthermore, when connecting the electric wire to the terminal plate 7, the terminal plate 7
There was also the problem that the power supply circuit board 4 was deformed due to external force being applied to it, causing copper foil breakage, peeling of soldered parts, etc., impairing electrical reliability.

In addition, since the opposing copper foil surfaces of the power supply circuit board and the control circuit board are insulated by an insulating plate, the length of the leads of electronic components that are inserted through the board can be set at a predetermined distance, thereby reducing the height of the main body. This makes it possible to reduce the height and make it more compact.

As described above, the respective supporting parts 14, 19, 23 and the respective clamping parts 15, 2 to which the power supply circuit board 11, control circuit board 12, and insulating plate 21 are mounted
0 and 25 are formed by extending the inner wall surface or the inner wall surface of the upper case 9 and lower case 10, respectively, and sandwich the outer peripheries of the power supply circuit board 11, control circuit board 12, and insulating plate 21. Therefore, there is no need to provide through holes in the power supply circuit board 11 and the control circuit board 12 to support and clamp them, and the area for mounting components on the board becomes larger, making the arrangement of electronic components more efficient and increasing the cost. This enables high-density packaging and facilitates pattern design.

To connect an electric wire to the quick-connect terminal unit 13, insert the electric wire from the lower part of the lower case 10 through the wire insertion opening of the quick-connect terminal unit 13, and connect the electric wire with the terminal plate of the quick-connect terminal unit 13 and the leaf spring. The external force applied to the quick-connect terminal unit 13 when inserting the wire is supported by the contact between the tip of the terminal plate and the rigid insulating plate 21.
Since the external force is not applied to the power circuit board 11 or to the soldered portions of the terminal board, breakage of the copper foil, peeling of the soldered portions, etc. do not occur.

Furthermore, the quick connection terminal unit 13 is connected to the power supply circuit board 1.
2, it is necessary to set the insulation distance between the power supply circuit board 11 and the control circuit board 12 in sufficient consideration of deformation due to external force when inserting electric wires. In addition, the power supply circuit board and control circuit board are not affected by external forces when inserting electric wires or operating operation buttons, and there is no deformation of the board or peeling of soldered parts, resulting in improved electrical reliability. It will be expensive.
Moreover, even if the distance between the power supply circuit board and the control circuit board is reduced, a sufficient insulation distance can be ensured, and the main body can be made more compact and the electrical and mechanical reliability can be improved.
