Abstract

PURPOSE:To strongly bond and fix counter part molding without causing damage to the molding by a method in which a hot-melt adhesive film is formed on the face to be fitted into each other of the counter part molding by double extrusion, both the moldings are fitted with each other, and the adhesive layer is melted by heating. CONSTITUTION:A shaft material 1 is molded by a double extrusion molding, and a hot-melt adhesive layer 3 (e.g., of maleic acid-modified polypropylene, etc.) of a thickness of 20-50mum is formed on the inner surface of the shaft material 1. A pen tip 2 is fitted into the shaft material 1 and heated from outside so that the temperature of the hot melt adhesive layer 3 becomes 150-160 deg.C. When the film 3 is melted and cooled for solidification, the shaft material 1 and the pen tip 2 are strongly bonded and fixed.
