The major characteristics of container cultivation of maitake mushrooms that differ from container cultivation of enokitake mushrooms, etc. are: (a) Maitake mushrooms are extremely susceptible to various bacteria, and in addition, cultivation at relatively high temperatures such as cultivation at around 20 degrees Celsius and growth at around 18 degrees Celsius is required. and is easily attacked by bacteria.

(b) When the fruiting body grows after germination, it requires physical stimulation such as pressing its head, and the fruiting body whose head is pressed concentrates its growth power and grows in an open space. It is in.

In conventional cultivation methods, for example, culturing is performed by sealing the bottle opening of the cultivation container with a translucent coating film, and after the fruiting bodies push up this coating film, a cut is made in the coating film, and the fruit is released through the cut. There are some substances that grow outside the container (Special Publication 1987-

However, the caps on the cultivation containers used in these conventional cultivation methods were designed only to prevent the ingress of bacteria and pressure on the heads of the fruit bodies, so the seeds did not germinate at all even after the period of cultivation and ripening. Moreover, even if the seeds are germinated by applying light stimulation, they often do not grow as fruit bodies, and the germination rate is as low as about 50 to 60%.

The inventor of the present invention has made extensive efforts to improve the germination rate, and as a result, the space remaining between the surface of the culture medium in the cultivation container and the cap of the container is replaced by a partition wall at a position closer to the surface of the culture medium. The germination rate is almost 100%, and the germination rate is almost 100%, and the germination rate is almost 100%. Tamaitake mushrooms are 20 to 3 times smaller than conventional ones.
It was found that the growth rate was 0%.

By dividing the space above the culture medium surface into upper and lower chambers using a partition wall with perforated holes, (a) the lower chamber has higher humidity and less light than the upper chamber, making it less susceptible to light stimulation. When fed, it is easy to germinate, and once germinated, the environment is such that it can reliably grow as a fruiting body.

(c) The upper chamber, where the fruiting bodies grow, has lower humidity than the lower chamber, and has a large amount of light, making it a suitable environment for the growth of the fruiting bodies. Moreover, the upper and lower chambers are connected by a through hole, so the environment is Changes are small, and resistance is developed by the fruiting body growing inside the upper chamber before growing outside the container.

That is, the partition wall is fixed in a fixed position without touching the surface of the culture medium and without moving against the pushing up of the fruiting body, and in order to prevent bacteria from entering the container during inoculation, It is required that the partition wall be of a structure that can be quickly attached and detached.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to enable easy and quick attachment and detachment to cultivation containers, and to improve germination rate and yield. The main feature of this cap is to provide a cap for a maitake cultivation bottle that can be dropped into the bottle opening of a maitake cultivation bottle, and is positioned near the culture medium surface without touching the culture medium surface, thereby resisting falling and pushing up of fruit bodies. The inner camp has an inverted U-shaped folded part on the upper edge that fits tightly into the bottle opening, and a through hole with an area smaller than the surface of the culture medium is drilled in the bottom surface. It consists of an outer cap that is fitted onto the folded part and has air permeability and translucency into the bottle opening without allowing germs to enter.

In this way, according to the present invention, the inner wall that is fitted into the bottle mouth and pushed into the bottle mouth serves as a partition wall provided above the surface of the culture medium that improves the germination rate, increases the yield, and shortens the growth period. By using a cap, the outer cap is fitted over the inner camp to prevent bacteria from entering, so it is easy to attach and remove the inner camp and outer cap to the cultivation container, and it is easier for bacteria to enter after sterilization. The inner and outer caps can be attached and removed in a short time when inoculating maitake fungi, and the inner cap does not move even when the outer camp is removed and the fruiting bodies grow outside the container. It has great effects such as not damaging the fruiting body.
