３・・・ノズル装置、４・・・オイルレスコンプレッサ
ー、５・・・エアフィルター、６・・・殺菌装置、７・
・・搬送管、６１・・・紫外線ランプ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　圧搾空気供給装置と、該装置により供給される空気
    の浄化装置及び殺菌装置と、浄化殺菌後の空気の搬送管
    と、該搬送管先端に装着され、醪製造用タンク内に挿入
    されて該タンク内で移動操作可能なノズル装置とを備え
    ていることを特徴とする酒造用醪の撹拌装置。 ■　前記圧搾空気供給装置がオイルレスコンプレッサー
    を備え、前記浄化装置がエアフィルターを備えているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
    酒造用醪の撹拌装置。 ■　前記殺菌装置が、紫外線ランプと、該ランプからの
    紫外線照射下に圧搾空気を通すための圧搾空気通路とを
    備えていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項又は第２項に記載の酒造用醪の撹拌装置。
