ていることを特徴とする酒造用醪の撹拌装置。 ■ 前記圧搾空気供給装置がオイルレスコンプレッサー
を備え、前記浄化装置がエアフィルターを備えているこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
酒造用醪の撹拌装置。 ■ 前記殺菌装置が、紫外線ランプと、該ランプからの
紫外線照射下に圧搾空気を通すための圧搾空気通路とを
備えていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
