[Prior art and its problems] Conventionally, as a method for connecting columnar members, the columnar members are carried in using a crane, are received by a transport trolley on the basement floor slab, are moved to a predetermined position, and then are suspended in a manner surrounding the transport trolley. The pillar-shaped members on the transport cart were then placed on the pendants using a chain block or other lifting device, and then pulled horizontally to join them onto the existing pillars.

However, according to the present invention, the purpose of the lever is that when joining a columnar member to a column end protruding from a slab, it is not possible to move the columnar member up and down with the jack of a truck, but to hold the columnar member vertically by interposing wheels on the rail surface. Then, extend the jack to temporarily connect the rail end of the trolley and the rail end of the pend around the existing column at the same level, and pull the column member horizontally from the rail of the trolley to the rail of the pend. This is accomplished by joining the existing column ends after the installation.

First, to explain the trolley used in the present invention, FIG. 1 is a vertical side view of the trolley A, FIG.
The figure is a view from arrow B of the same as above, and FIG. Place the bottom end on stand 1
Two parallel horizontal members 5 are connected with pins and installed vertically, and a rail 4 is provided on the top surface at the tip of the rod 3a of this jack 3.
, 5' are connected with pins such that one end 5a protrudes laterally. The other ends of the horizontal members 5, 5' are connected to each other by a cross member 6, forming the whole into a U-shaped planar shape. On the other hand, the upper part of the cylinder 3b of the jack 3 is fixed at a corner of a frame 8 provided on the pedestal 1 via a brace 7, and a fixing device 9 consisting of an outrigger or the like that can protrude downward is attached to the corner of the pedestal 1.

For example, as shown in Figure 5, one construction girder is installed under the railway line.
Assuming that there is a columnar member 14 mounted on a low-speed trailer 13 on the lining plate 12 supported by 16, the columnar member 14 is hoisted up by the crane 17, and the columnar member 14 is suspended from the opening 12a provided in the lining plate 12 and placed on the cart A.

As described above, the method for connecting columnar parts of the present invention is that when joining a columnar member to the column end exposed on a slab, the columnar member is connected to the columnar member by intervening wheels on the wheel surface without being able to move up and down with the jack of a truck. The members are transported in a vertical position, and then the jack is extended to temporarily connect the rails of the trolley and the rail ends of the pends around the existing columns at the same level, and the columnar parts are connected from the rails of the trolley to the end of the pends. Since we decided to connect it to the end of the existing column after pulling it horizontally onto the rail, the number of required pendants is smaller and lower than that of a subordinate column. The work can be done safely and quickly, and overall costs can be significantly reduced.
