線、２・・・他方の熱電対素線、２′・・・第４の熱電
対素線。 補正　昭５８．１０．１９ 図面の簡単な説明を次のように補正する。 明細書中、第５頁第１桁乃至第６頁第３行目までを下記
の如く補正する。 「第１図は本考案による熱電対の実施例を示す概略図、
第２図は熱電対素線に局所的不均質部分が存在する場合
の誤差の発生状況を示す一連の説明図であって、Ａは局
