ならひに一方向性の膨張弁を介装した暖房用減圧ライン
を室内側側熱交換器と室外側熱交換器との間に並列に設
けるとともに、上記膨張弁の出口側を、第2のキャピラ
リチューブを介装した導入ラインで能力可変可能な圧縮
機の吸込側ヘバイパスさせてなり、冷・暖房運転と共に
導入ラインを通じて圧縮機の冷却、を行なうようにした
空気調和装置4おいて、上記室内側熱交換器と、この室
内側熱交換器につら、なる上記冷房用減圧ライン、暖房
用減圧ラインの接続部との間に、第3のキャピラリチュ
ーブを設けるとともに、上記膨張弁を冷房低負荷運転で
は閉成側に、冷房高負荷運転では開放側に制御すること
