内側第１熱交換器、６は第３キヤピラリチユーブ、７は

とを側路管によって接続し、同側路管の室内側第２熱交
換器の出口側配管との接続部に冷房運転時には室内側第
２熱交換器と圧縮機の吸入側とを連通し、除湿運転時に
は圧縮機の吐出側と室内側第２熱交換器とを連通ずるよ
うに切換えられる三方弁を設けた事を特徴とする空気調
