て、冷房時及び除湿時に圧縮機からの高温高圧の冷媒を
室外熱交換器へ流しかつ暖房時に第二室内熱交換器へ流
すよう切換わる第一切換弁が設けられ、冷房時に室外熱
交換器からの冷媒を減圧装置、第一室内熱交換器、第二
室内熱交換器へ順次流すと共に暖房時には冷房時と逆方
向へ流しかつ除湿時には室外熱交換器からの冷媒を第一
室内熱交換器、減圧装置、第二室内熱交換器へ順次流す
よう切換わる第二切換弁が設けられたことを特徴とする
