Conventionally, in order to manufacture hollow irregularly shaped laminated timber, a large number of laminated single slopes are bent and glued using a mold to form a laminated timber with a roughly U-shaped cross section, and then this laminated timber is formed using the same mold. This is done by bending the longitudinal ends of the material inward and butting and gluing the end faces together.

However, with this manufacturing method, it is difficult to manufacture hollow irregularly shaped laminated timber, and when this irregularly shaped laminated timber is used for decorative edges of decorative ceilings, etc., the upper horizontal piece is hidden. There is no need to form the upper horizontal piece from expensive irregularly shaped laminated wood, and there is a problem in that the upper horizontal piece is made of irregularly shaped laminated wood, which increases the cost. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a hollow irregularly shaped laminated timber which can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the irregularly shaped laminated timber according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. It comprises a laminated timber 2 formed into a shape, and a flat plate 3 whose both ends are bridged between the tips of the inner circumferential surfaces of both vertical pieces of the laminated timber 2.

In other words, multiple laminated veneers are placed in a mold (not shown).
By pressing, heating and pressurizing the material, the material is bent and bonded to form a laminated material 2 having a substantially U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. In this case, since the laminated wood 2 is heated in the mold, it has a moisture content of 10%, which is lower than the air-dried equilibrium moisture content of 13% to 18%.
The temperature is controlled to a moisture content of about 1.5%. However, the most desirable water content is about 5 to 8%. Next, the inner circumferential surface of the laminated wood 2 is coated with paint or covered with a waterproof sheet (not shown) to make the inner circumferential surface of the laminated wood 2 moisture-proof. After that, by leaving the laminated timber 2 alone or by supplying moisture to the outer circumferential surface of the laminated timber 2 and humidifying the outer peripheral surface of the laminated timber 2, both sides of the laminated timber 2 are removed as shown in FIG. Curve the vertical pieces inward. Finally, as shown in Figure 1, by applying adhesive to both sides of the flat plate 3 and press-fitting it between the tips of the inner peripheral surfaces of both vertical pieces of the laminated timber 2, the restoring force of the laminated timber 2 allows the flat plate to 3 is fixed to the laminated wood 2 by pressure adhesion. In this way, since the flat plate 3 is fixed to the laminated timber 2 using the restoring force of the laminated timber 2, the irregularly shaped laminated timber 1 can be manufactured easily. Furthermore, since the upper horizontal piece of the irregularly shaped laminated timber 1 is formed of a flat plate 3, it can be manufactured at low cost. In addition, this irregularly shaped laminated timber 1'
Yes, it can be used as a decorative border for decorative ceilings. As described above, the method for manufacturing irregularly shaped laminated timber of the present invention has the effect that hollow irregularly shaped laminated timber can be manufactured easily and at low cost.
