This invention is applicable to the construction or repair work of a building, etc., when the framework scaffolding temporarily installed outside the building is adjacent to or along a public road (hereinafter abbreviated as "road"), etc. This relates to so-called morning glories in the shape of an inverted eave, which are built over the road using scaffolding fill material as a curing facility to protect tools, utensils, etc. from falling directly onto the road. Morning glories are usually placed at a height of 10 m or less from the ground at the lowest level, and if the height of the scaffolding is 20 m or more, two or three more layers are stacked according to the height, and the outer layer is The structure is constructed continuously along the scaffolding so that it extends over 2 meters above the building material and slopes upward at an angle of 20° to 30° toward the ground. Because the focus was on the functions and simplification of parts, workers had to be very careful when assembling or disassembling to avoid dangerous postures and actions and to avoid harming third parties. There were many deficiencies in workability, such as being forced to do the work. In addition, in many cases, it was extremely difficult to implement emergency measures quickly when there was a risk of strong winds, such as during a typhoon. In other words, the conventional morning glory device, as shown in Fig. 1, has achieved the purpose of meeting the Ministry of Construction's ``Guidance Standards for Preventing Hazards from Falling Objects at Construction Sites'' when it is in an erected state. However, when assembling this, workers had to be very careful not to let the Rg object fall onto the road, even though it was dangerous. Connect the tips of the main material (1) and hanging material (5) brought onto the framework scaffolding 01) using bolts, attach the other ends to the predetermined positions of the parallel construction materials, and then material A (4,-1) to 1
Take the main materials (1) (1) of the two adjacent trees within the span.
Although it is fine to carry out the work up to the scaffolding, the next step is to remove the diagonal material (2) and support material B (4-2) by using a single thin wire. F? l',+ I followed the trail with materials and tools, and was careful not to let these parts or tools fall onto the road at the tip of the scaffolding, λ,)11, exhausting my attention and nerves. At the same time, carry out the first removal work, and when finished, return to the thin main io (
1) had to walk back. All that is left to do is to lay out the corrugated steel plates (3) in the frame formed by the two main plates and two receivers that were just assembled, and then attach the presser material (3).
4-8) to complete the assembly work. Disassembly work follows the reverse process of assembly work, and the level of danger and nerve exhaustion for workers is no different from that during assembly. Because of these problems in assembly and disassembly, emergency measures in the event of a typhoon or other emergency were extremely difficult and almost impossible to implement. The present invention imparts a folding function to the hanging material by newly equipping the hanging material with joints that can be fixed and released.
(Fig.) can be brought close enough to work scaffolding such as frame scaffolding to allow workers to perform almost any assembly or disassembly work in a stable situation on a safe scaffold without forcing workers to walk in the air. It is an object of the present invention to provide a foldable morning glory device which can be used to perform the work and which solves all of the deficiencies of the conventional morning glory devices mentioned above. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on specific embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 2 is a side view of a foldable morning glory device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of morning glory taken along the line A--A in FIG. Frame scaffolding 01) in Figure 2 is a general scaffolding device that is temporarily installed on the outside of buildings, etc. during construction, construction, repair, etc. Normally perpendicular to the figure] Span 1800 shoes or 18297
Arrange them in parallel at 1m intervals. The morning glory equipment (1 unit) of the present invention consists of a main material (1) such as an angle material that forms a sword on the left and right, and a diagonal 4'lfl' that connects the two sides with a diagonal trench to prevent horizontal vibration. (2+, a rectangular morning glory main body whose main component is a shelf board (3) installed on both main members itt so as to cover its η'u11, and the entire morning glory main body by suspending each of the main members (1). It consists of a pair of hangings t4' (5) (5) to be fixed. The morning glory device of the present invention is based on the principle that one unit is formed independently in each of the 17 pans of the scaffold.Of course, multiple spans cannot be continuous. Although it is possible, in order not to reduce the folding function that is the main focus of the present invention, it is better to avoid making them continuous over a large number of spans. Scaffolding 01
Each tree is distributed to adjacent building materials 0 and 0 and installed at the same height. Each main member (1) is attached to the building material α→, for example, via a clamp A (6) with an attachment fitting, etc., so as to be freely rotatable in the vertical direction. That is, the morning glory main body using this as a frame is freely rotatable in the vertical direction about the clamp A (6) with the metal fittings every 1 stroke. In addition, in the illustrated example, one of the clamps with metal fittings A (6) supports two main members (1) (1) of adjacent units, and these two main members can be rotated separately. That's what I do. The shelf board (3) is formed by vertically arranging a large number of boards with a constant width spanning between the pair of main members (1) (1). As the shelf board, it is also possible to use a large number of boards arranged in the horizontal direction, a single corrugated steel plate, or the like. Note that (4) is a jumper material provided to connect the tips of the left and right main members (11 (1')) to hold the vertically arranged shelf boards (3). A pair of hanging members (5) ) and (5), one end of which is a building material (
It is rotatably mounted at a predetermined distance above the main material mounting position in (a) via a clamp B (7) with a metal fitting similar to that in (6) above, and the other end is freely rotatable via a bolt. It is connected near the tip of the main material (1). Basically, the direction of rotation at the connecting points at both ends can be any direction, up, down, left, or right, but in consideration of the convenience of assembling the entire device, it is designed so that it can be folded as shown by the chain line in Figure 2. ,”−
Preferably, it is rotatable downward. Based on Figure 2, an example of a hanging member with one joint is shown d)
11 dawn. The hanging material consists of two pieces (5-1) and (5-2), (5-1) is the upper piece on the side of the building material, and (5-2) is connected to the main material (1). , and the upper piece (5
A joint is formed at the opposite end of the connection point with the building material 02 of -1) and the opposite J end of the connection point with the main material of the lower piece (5-2), and each At the end, joint parts 1.J' (5-4) with bolt holes (17if) are attached symmetrically, one at the top and bottom positions.
5-5) to connect the lower members to each other using the upper part of the joint.
5-6) to connect the upper members, the joints are fixed, and the hanging material (5) becomes an unbendable and rigid body that is as strong as the conventional one-piece copper suspension material (5). Become. On the other hand, if you remove the part (L') (5-6) from the joint, this joint will be released and the hanging material (5) will be able to bend upwards around the lower part of the joint (5-5). . Therefore, the towline (
9) etc. to pull the morning glory body upward, all four connection points are vertically rotatable, so the morning glory can be easily pulled up, and the upper piece (5-1)
, if the distribution of the long fertilization in the lower piece (5-2) is appropriate, as shown by the chain line, the morning glory body including the main material (1), the upper piece (5-1), and the lower piece (5-8) All of these can be raised to an almost vertical position. Here, in order for the morning glory to stand up almost perpendicularly close to the building material (2) as shown by the chain line in Figure 2, it is necessary to use a bracket with a bracket A (6) and a bracket with a bracket 7'' B (7). It is necessary that the sum of the distance between and the length of the upper member (5-1) and the distance between both connection points of the main member (1) and the length of the lower member (5-8) be equal. If the hanging material (5) has two or more joints, there will be an advantage that the conditions regarding the distance between the connecting points will be relaxed.
) has the unavoidable disadvantage of increasing the total weight of the vehicle. Next, Figure 2 shows the assembly procedure for the folding morning glory device of the present invention.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 3 will be explained below. Using two adjacent construction materials such as frame scaffolding,
Attach one pump A (6) with metal fittings and one pump B (7) with metal fittings to the specified height type, respectively, for two to one pump. Two main materials (1) are attached to each of the metal fittings of Franz A (6) with metal fittings, but one main material (1) is attached to each of the inner side of the shining span. Po)vl・

] as shown in the diagram, two main members (1) (
1) If installed between the two, a framework of 1,737 morning glories will be completed, so between the main material (1), set multiple shelves (3) from the bottom to the top, and attach the shelves. The morning glory device can be firmly assembled by setting the upper jumper material (4) at the top as a presser. Instead of the upper coverall material (4), it is also possible to set and fix it with a top shelf plate metal bolt or the like. The entire process of assembling the morning glory equipment mentioned above is done using building material α.
Workers are not exposed to danger on stable scaffolding such as the framework scaffolding 0η inside a! A feature of the present invention is that it can be carried out without wasting nerves, which is completely different from conventional methods. The morning glory assembled in this way is briefly lifted from the safety scaffolding at the top of the framework scaffolding using a pulling rope (9), etc., and after confirming safety, ■ Temporary fastening metal fittings (8) are attached at four locations per span.
When the rope is removed and the hauling rope is gradually loosened, the folded part of the morning glory body will gradually release and extend outward. Hanging material (5
) Interval i-1763pol) (5-6) etc. are set to fix the joints, confirm that the hip cannot be bent, and remove the lifting stiffener (9) to complete the erection of the morning glory device for one span. do. The work to dismantle this Arigao device is almost the same as the above procedure in reverse, and it is clear from the explanation that all the main work can be done by a man on a stable footing. It is. Comparing the completed morning glory device 1 (t) with the conventional one, the only difference is that one or two joints are newly added to the hanging material (5). rJ: There is no fundamental difference in the part. Therefore, as long as this joint is fixed and its rigidity is sufficient, there is no difference in the strength of the morning glory device, and its function also satisfies the Ministry of Construction notification. Needless to say, the new foldable morning glory device of the present invention has the following advantages:
It is possible to free up space on the road very easily by viewing each span or multiple spans. In other words, remove a very small number of parts such as the upper part of the joint, release the joint, and pull it up lol! Fold the morning glory device using J (9), etc., and flange the upper parts of the main material (1) and hanging material (5) to the building material (2) using the temporary fittings (8). Space can be easily freed up. In addition, in cases where there is a risk of strong winds such as during summer typhoons, morning glories can be folded and fixed to the framework scaffolding with simplicity and short operation times that would be unimaginable with conventional morning glory equipment, thereby preventing damage to the morning glory equipment. It can be said that it has the characteristics of being able to minimize damage to general temporary equipment, including framework scaffolding, etc., and that it is extremely easy to implement disaster countermeasures. In addition, the ease of restoring these folded morning glories to their normal state has been explained in the assembly process, so there is no need to repeat them here. The foldable morning glory device of the invention has a rotatable joint structure at the necessary joints of the main members, and has a joint that can be fixed to the hanging material (5). It is a device that is as good as the morning glory device of 2013, and if the joints are released so that they can bend and extend, it becomes possible to fold the morning glory to the extent that it fits tightly on scaffolding equipment, etc., and it is easy to assemble and disassemble. This system dramatically improves the performance of the system, simplifies the disaster response system in the event of an emergency such as a typhoon, and completely solves a number of problems that could not be achieved with conventional systems.
