Conventionally, automobiles are equipped with ventilation systems for use when driving, but these do not operate at all when parked, and when a car is parked outdoors in the hot summer sun, the interior of the car is severely affected by the rays of the sun's rays. This results in a high temperature state, which causes great discomfort to the occupants when boarding the vehicle, and also has the drawback of slowing down the cooling effect of the air conditioner.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention proposed in Tokubuta Sho 52-53915 (Samurai Gan Sho 53-140731 Publication) that a solar battery is installed in the vehicle body, and when the vehicle is parked, a ventilation blower is operated by the output of the solar battery. We have previously proposed an automotive ventilation system that ventilates the interior of the vehicle without over-discharging the vehicle battery.

Therefore, in order to prevent the temperature inside the vehicle from rising when the vehicle is parked, it is important to bring as much cold outside air into the vehicle as possible, but when the vehicle is normally parked, the surface of the vehicle body becomes hot due to sunlight. Therefore, when outside air is taken in, the temperature of the outside air increases due to contact with the vehicle body (usually made of steel plates), making it difficult to prevent the temperature inside the vehicle from increasing. Therefore, in view of the above experimental findings, it is an object of the present invention to suppress as much as possible the temperature rise of the introduced air due to contact with the vehicle body, and to effectively perform the ventilation function during parking using a solar cell as a power source.

Although not shown in detail, each element of the solar cell 7 is fixed to a printed circuit board made of Bakelite, glass epoxy, or the like, and is electrically connected in series or in parallel. Further, the solar cell 7 is protected by being covered with a transparent acrylic resin plate 8 on the light-receiving surface side. The panel 6 is fixed to a rain gutter part 9 formed on the roof of the vehicle body 1 using mounting fittings 10 so as to leave a slight gap with the roof.
Note that providing this gap is effective in cooling the solar cell 7 and improving output. Next, to explain the ventilation system that ventilates the interior of the vehicle while the vehicle is parked, an outside air introduction row 1 is formed in the front side of the front window glass 2 in the vehicle body 1 of the automobile. One end of an outside air introduction duct 13 for guiding outside air into the vehicle interior is connected.

The other end of the duct 13 is provided with a blow-off grill 14 for blowing out outside air to the front of the vehicle interior. The outside air introduction port 11 and the outside air introduction duct 13 constitute an outside air introduction passage in the present invention, and their inner surfaces are lined with a heat insulating material 12 made of urethane foam, heat insulating rubber, or the like. On the other hand, a ventilation port 15 is provided on the rear side of the vehicle body 1 and serves as an exhaust port for discharging the air inside the vehicle to the outside. An electric blower consisting of a driven fan 17 is provided.

Note that a blower including a ventilation port 15, a motor 16, a fan 17, and the like are symmetrically provided on both left and right sides of the vehicle body 1. Then, when the manual switch is turned on, the electric motor 16 is driven by the electromotive force of the solar cell 7, and the fan 17 is rotated. Therefore, the high temperature air inside the vehicle is
Namely, the louver 15a, the duct 15c, the check curtain 18
, is exhausted outside the vehicle through the louver 15b, while fresh air from outside the vehicle is introduced through the outside air inlet 11, the outside air introduction duct 13, the outlet grille 14, or the closed part of the window glass,
The vehicle interior is ventilated. Since the interior of the vehicle is ventilated in this manner, a rise in temperature within the vehicle interior is prevented even when the window glass is sealed or slightly opened. In particular, when the sun's rays are strong, the temperature inside the vehicle increases to a high degree, but the output of the solar cell 7 also increases, which increases the ventilation capacity, which is extremely advantageous. Moreover, the introduction row 1 that forms the outside air introduction passage
Since the inner surface of the duct 13 is lined with a heat insulating material 12, the introduced air is heated by contact with the steel plate that makes up the vehicle body 1 (which reaches an extremely high temperature of about 80 to 9,000 Celsius when parked in the hot sun), causing a temperature rise. This can be effectively prevented.

This greatly contributes to preventing the temperature inside the vehicle from rising when the vehicle is parked. Further, since the ventilation row 5 and the blower are provided on the external side surface of the vehicle body 1, that is, the so-called roof side, the high temperature air in the upper part of the vehicle interior can be efficiently discharged to the outside of the vehicle, and ventilation can be performed extremely effectively.

Note that the electric motor 16 has a power consumption of about 0.3 to 3 (W), and the solar cell 7 has an output characteristic of 10 (mW/ground) at an illuminance of about 100,000 (Lux), so the total If the light receiving area is 600 (ground), approximately 6 (W) of power can be obtained, which is sufficient to drive the motor 16. In the above embodiment, the air inside the vehicle is discharged to the outside of the vehicle using a blower, but as shown in FIG. 3, the air blower may be used to introduce air from outside the vehicle into the interior of the vehicle.

That is, in the embodiment of FIG. 3, the ventilation row 5
is provided for introducing outside air, therefore the duct 15
c constitutes an outside air introduction passage, and a heat insulating material 20 made of urethane foam or the like is lined on the inner surface of the portion of this duct 15c where the steel plates of the vehicle body become hot when the vehicle is parked, so that the introduced air passes through the steel plates of the vehicle body 1. This prevents it from being heated.

In this example, as well, good ventilation is achieved during parking by introducing outside air into the vehicle interior by a blower installed in the ventilation row 5, and by discharging the air from the vehicle interior to the outside from an outlet (not shown). be able to. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, when the vehicle is parked, the electric blower is driven by a solar battery to introduce outside air into the passenger compartment from the outside air introduction passage, and to exhaust air from the passenger compartment to the outside from the exhaust port. By discharging the air to the outside air, the interior of the vehicle can be well ventilated without over-discharging the battery. In addition, since the outside air introduction passage is lined with insulation material, the outside air introduction passage can be ventilated well. Even if the vehicle body is heated to a high temperature when the vehicle is parked, the introduced air can be prevented from being heated, thereby effectively preventing the temperature inside the vehicle from increasing when the vehicle is parked.
