For this reason, in conventional equipment, that is, equipment in which multiple suction pads are arranged side by side on the underside of the base frame, when all the molded products are separated at the position that matches the pile of molded products stacked high, the There is a problem in that the molded products that are to be placed on the pile may fall and be damaged. Furthermore, if the base frame is lowered to match the pile of molded products stacked low, the tiles to be stacked on top of it will be pressed against the pile of molded products piled high with strong force. However, there was still the problem that the molded product would be damaged.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a plurality of through holes provided in the lower surface of the base frame l, and a plurality of through holes are arranged in parallel. Next, reference numeral 4 indicates a suction unit attached to the lower surface of the base frame 1 in correspondence with the through hole 3. In this, a guide pin 5 (also called a connecting member) is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, and is connected to the through hole 3 through a rubber retaining ring 8.
It is inserted into the base frame 1 and fixed to the base frame 1 using a gasket 6 and a nut 7. Reference numeral 9 indicates a fitting groove provided around the outer peripheral surface of the rubber stopper ring 8. A sliding bearing attached to the 10d guide pin 5 allows it to slide up and down along the guide pin 5. 2 is a biasing member for biasing the bottom bearing 10 downward, and a compression spring is used.

In the suction state, the suction pad is lowered to the lowest position along the guide pin 5 by the biasing member 11. In order to maintain such a lowered state, the degree of pressure reduction inside the base frame 1 and the urging force of the urging member 11 are determined in advance according to the weight of the suction pad, the molded product 17, etc. Note that the biasing member 11 does not use a spring as described above,

Thereafter, the base frame 1 is moved down to the stacking position 2. In this case, as shown in the figure, the individual molded products 17 already stacked on the stacking position 2 have different thicknesses or numbers, and the height of the receiving surface at each location is 18a.

The molded product 17 can be gently lowered onto 8a and 18b. That is, in the process of the base frame 1 being lowered as described above, the molded product 17 that has been suctioned onto the receiving surface 18a by the corresponding suction pad is first superposed. By continuing to lower the base frame 1 thereafter, the molded product 17 that has been suctioned onto another suction pad on the receiving surface 18b will eventually be polymerized. When the reduced pressure inside the base frame 1 is returned to its original state after the molded products 17 are superposed on the receiving surfaces 18B and 18b, the suction pads 13 lose their ability to attract the molded products. In this state, the base frame 1 is lifted upward again and further moved to the suction position, where the next molded product is suctioned again.

Only the guide pin 5 moves downward. In this case, the biasing force of the biasing member 11 presses the suction pad 13 onto the molded product 17, but since the biasing force of the biasing member 1 is extremely weak (as described above, the molded product
7 is suctioned by the suction pad 13, the suction pad opening is attached to the molded product 17. Accidents such as being pressed too hard on top and damaging it will not occur.

This figure shows a different example of the connection structure of the suction rod 13e to the base frame 1e, in which a suction rod 136 is attached to the solid guide bin 5e so as to be vertically movable. The base frame 1e and the suction pad 13e are connected by a flexible hose 4.

(Also, in the next version, the alphabet f is added based on the same idea, and redundant explanations will be omitted.) Next, Fig. 3 shows a further different embodiment of the present application, in which the connecting body is formed into a telescopic bellows. This is an example of a simple structure.

There is an efficiency effect in that it can be transferred from the stacking position 2 to the stacking position 2.

状態での搬送を可能にする効果がある。Moreover, even if a plurality of suction pads m, 13.13 are provided for the base frame l in order to improve efficiency, the suction pads are configured to be able to move near and far from the base frame 1. For example, when the molded products 17 that have been respectively suctioned at the suction position are moved to the stacking position 2 and then separated there, the receiving surface at the stacking position 2 has a number 1 for each suction pad.
Even if the heights are different as shown by 8a and 18b, the base frame is lowered corresponding to the lowest receiving surface 18b, and the molded product 17 is sucked at the corresponding suction pad opening to the lowest receiving surface 18b. The purpose of transferring all the molded products 17 can be achieved by releasing the suction to each suction pad after contacting the molded products 17. In this case, since the other receiving surfaces 18a are high, the molded products adsorbed by the corresponding pads contact the receiving surfaces 18a early, and the molded products are compressed by the corresponding suction pads 13. Since each of the suction pads is configured to be able to freely move toward and away from the base frame, and is only slightly biased downward, it is not subjected to large pressure force, and damage to the molded product 17 is prevented. This has the effect of enabling transportation while taking advantage of the efficiency-improving effect of simultaneous multiple transportation described above.

The molded products each sucked by the suction pad are moved from the suction position to the stacking position by moving the base frame, and the molded products are transferred by separating the molded products from the suction pad at the stacking position. In the suction device that is a suction device, the structure of the connecting body for connecting the suction pad and the base frame is configured to be extendable and retractable so that the suction pad and the base frame can be moved closer and closer. Moreover, the characteristic feature of the suction pad is that it is constantly urged downward with a small force that prevents the suction pad from floating toward the base frame when the suction pad is suctioning the molded product. adsorption device.
