して横向きに進行する包装紙を一旦縦向きに起立させな
ければひねり封織を施すことができなかったので(例え
ば特公昭39−11143号公報参照)その作業工程並
びに装置の複雑化を免れなかった。

を前後に切離すことによって縦向きの袋状とした包装紙
の閉口せる袋口部にひねり封織を施すようにしたもので
あるから、挟持部材に琢持されて進行する包装紙の閉口
袋口はその進行方向と直角方向を指向しており従って挟
持部材と対向的に進行せるひねり包装機構の掴持部材に
よって直ちにこれにひねり封織を施すことができるもの
であって在釆の自動包装菓子片の片ひねり包装方法およ
び装置に比し包装工程および設備を簡略化することがで
きるとともに在来は棒状菓子片のような長手の菓子片を
ひねり封級包装する場合、菓子片を横包みすることが不
可能であったから第2図B,Cに示す如く菓子片の長手
方向の先端側にひねり封織りボンを形成していたが本発
明においては第1図Cに示す如く菓子片を横包みするこ
とができるので菓子片の長手方向の全長に匹敵する幅広
のひねり封織IJボンを形成することが可能であって、
本釆上品さを備えている自動包装菓子片の片ひねり包装
形態を一層優美なものにすることができたものである。

切離し、かくして包装紙の進行方向に対し直角方向に開
口せる個々の袋状に分割した包装紙をこれが内包菓子片
と共に挾持部材に伴われて更に前進する途上で、その袋
口に対向しつつ挾持部材と等速等方向へ進行せるひねり
封緘用の旋回掴持部材により袋口にひねり封緘を旋すこ

して包装紙と共に前進せしめるようにした挾着搬送機構
と、挾着搬送される前記包装紙を進路を距てて互いに対
向的に回転する一対の回転体の回転円周に沿つてそれぞ
れ等間隔毎に配置したヒーターブロツクにより前後の菓
子片間の折曲包装紙を順次合着せしめて熱封緘すると同
時にヒーターブロツク面に設けた押切刃により封緘位置
中央部で包装紙を前後に切離すようにした熱封緘機構と
、菓子片を内包せる装状に切離された包装紙の挾持部材
に対向してこれと等速等方向に進行しつつその進行途上
で包装紙の開口せる袋口を掴持して旋回しつつこれにひ
ねり封緘を加える掴持部材を備えたひねり封緘機構とか
らなることを特徴とする自動包装菓子片の片ひねり包装
装置。
