子片と同方向に進行する帯状包装紙の進路へ前記扶持部
材より遅い任意の速度に移送速度を設定しうるようにし
た挾着移送ベルトを、扶持部材の進路の手前に位置せし
めて設置し、かつその出口に包装紙切断用鋏を設けて前
記給送菓子片と帯状包装紙がこの挾着移送ベルト間を通
過する間に、その移送進路に設置した案内板により包装
紙を筒状に巻曲して菓子片を等間隔毎に包入せしめると
ともに、かくして移送ベルトから送出された筒状包装紙
の内包菓子片が前記扶持部材に挾持されると同時に前後
の包入菓子片間の筒状包装紙を前記切断用鋏で切析せし
めるようにしたことを特徴とするひねり包装機における
菓子片と包装紙の送り装置。 3 菓子片を所望の間隔毎に包み込んで挾着移送ベルト
から送出された筒状包装紙を、扶持部材と同速度で進行
せる次位の挾着移送ベルト間へ送り込み、同時に前後の
包入菓子片間の筒状包装紙を前後の移送ベルト間で順次
1個分宛に切離して、これがその包入菓子片と共はこの
移送ベルトの進行速度で移送される間に、その進路に沿
って等間隔毎に進行せる前記扶持部材に順次これを挾持
せしめる特許請求の範囲第1項記載のひねり包装機にお
ける菓子片と包装紙の送り方法。 4 挾持部材より遅い任意の速度に移送速度を設定しう
るようにした挾着移送ベルトの次位に扶持部材と同速度
で進行せる第二の挾着移送ベルトを設置し、かつ第一、
第二の移送ベルト間に包装紙切断用鋏を設置して、第一
の移送ベルトを通過する間に菓子片を包大した筒状包装
紙が第二の移送ベルトへ送り込まれると同時に前後の包
入菓子片間の筒状包装紙を前記切断用鋏で切断せしめる
ようにし、かくして第二の移送ベルトで移送される1個
分宛切離された筒状包装紙と菓子片を、これど等速等方
向に進行せる挾持部材に順次挾持せしめるようにした特
許請求の範囲第2項記載のひねり包装機における菓子片
と包装紙の送り装置。
