【発明の詳細な説明】
従来の高週波加熱溶接銅付銀ろう付半田付の溶接は加熱
コイルが円経状の場合加熱は平均に加工出来るが、凸凹
形状は加工が困難になって来る即ち電磁作用により角ば
った所から先に赤くなって来るしかも高週波電流は表面
効果があって加工物の中心へ熱は伝えて呉れない事は一
般的に認識されている本発明はその欠点を解決するもの
であるまず始めに強電加工時間数秒と弱電加工数秒をタ
イマスイッチに設置して居く次に足踏スイッチにONを
入れると第1段の強電加工の大型電磁開閉器は動作して
高週波加熱コイルに強電流が通電すると加工物に急速加
工が施工される数秒加熱後予定の温度に達すると次の弱
電加工にタイマが動作して切替えられるそれで保温状態
で加熱しながら溶接加工は完成されるただし高週波の表
面効果により加工物の中心加熱は施行しにくいそれで強
弱を何回もくり返して加熱すると加工物の中心に熱は伝
達する場合も加工法もある本発明使用後の効果第1段の
強弱加工で加熱が迅速に施行されるので金属の表面酸化
物は少い第2段加工は保温加熱中に銀ろうが流動して接
着するのであるから過熱の現象はないすなわちこの発明
に係る加工法は簡易かつ良質の製品を得る事が出来るの
が特徴であり利点がある実施例を上げると出力30KW
の高週波加熱機に加熱コイル4個直列結線製品は凸凹
形状の自転車ホーク銅付加工である1次加工でホークが
4本同時加工される加工時間約40秒で完成、平均1本
のホークは10秒で仕上がる本機加工中の記録を写真を
