Abstract

PURPOSE:To automate setting and to improve productivity by providing a leaf spring which performs continuously pressing motion from advancing motion and a comb tooth-shaped setting fitting having plural sheets of guide shapes and pressing a lead wire. CONSTITUTION:A leaf spring 12 advances upon advancing of a mounting plate 7 for the leaf spring and the slope of a bracket 14 lowers a cam follower 15 at the bottom end of a rod 9 when the spring moves horizontally in certain section. The spring 12 presses consequently an electronic part 16 while advancing. A boss 17 fixed to a block 6 contacts with a block 18 and presses a link 19 in this stage. The tensile force of a spring 20 acts on the block 18 and therefore a block 22 operates around a center pin 21 and rotates a setting fitting 23 at the top end. The lead wire of the part 16 is set to the central part of the electronic part 16 by the above-mentioned method. Automation is thus made possible and production efficiency is improved.
