角に曲げると曲げ半径1.0〜4.0mmで1゜,5.0〜6.0mm
で2゜程度の戻り角を生ずる。このため設定角度よ
り多少大きな角度の製品ができることになり加工
精度に影響を与えている。また第3図に示すよう
に直線縁に沿つて板面外に曲げられる板は、外表
面側が曲げ線に直交方向に伸ばされ、内表面が縮
み、横ひずみが生じて複曲面となり曲げ稜線にそ
りができ加工精度に影響を与えていた。図中hが

自然曲面15に接する平面とし、垂直に加圧する
ようになつている。実際にはポンチ加工面17に
対し45゜付近でエツジ部板t1の1/5〜1/3程
度くい込むのが適切である。そして板を曲げると
同時にエツジを同時にプレスするよパンチを設計
する。
