よりなるインストパネルにおいて、前記スカート部材の
上部を延出して前記クラスタの凹部との間にハーネス収
納用空間を形成し、スカート部材でもって、クラスタの
凹部の開口を塞ぎ、ハーネスを支持するようにしたもの
