Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スペアタイヤのディスク部を貫通するように車体側から
    係止杆が突設され、この係止杆に摺動自在に嵌め合わさ
    れるタイヤ押え部材が設けられ、このタイヤ押え部材に
    回動自在に枢支される押圧レバーが設けられ、上記係止
    杆にその長手方向に沿って複数の係合歯が形成される一
    方、上記押圧レバーの回動で上記係合歯に噛合可能とさ
    れる噛合歯がこの押圧レバーの回動端に形成され、この
    噛合状態での押圧レバーの回動に連動してタイヤ押え部
    材が車体側に向って移動するよう構成され、かつ、この
    押圧レバーの回動姿勢を保持するロック手段が設けられ
    たことを特徴とする車両用スペアタイヤの固定装置。
