２図はその要部の平面図で、チップ型電子部品の取着前
の状態を示す。第３図は同上要部の断面図、第４図は従
来の熱印字ヘッド全体の平面図、第５図Ａ、　Ｂは第４
図■−ｖ線における拡大断面図で、同図Ａは正常な接着
状態を、同図Ｂは接着不良の状態をそれぞれ示す。 １・・・基板、２・・・発熱体、３・・・チップサーミ
スタ（チップ型電子部品）、４・・・導体層、５・・・
ペースト、６・・・突条、７・・・・・・耐摩耗層。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絶縁性の基板上に発熱体を形成するとともに、こ
    の基板上で発熱体の近傍にチップサーミスタのようなチ
    ップ型電子部品を取り付けた熱印字ヘッドにおいて、前
    記チップ型電子部品が接着される２本一対の導体層間の
    基板に絶縁性の突条を設けたことを特徴とする熱印字ヘ
    ッド。
  2. （２）前記突条がガラス材から構成されている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の熱印字ヘッド。
