  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　下記の条件を具備する耕運軸６、耕運刃体７からな
    ることを特徴とする耕運装置。 イ　上記耕運軸６は進行方向に対して斜設されていると
    共に、当該耕運軸６には適数間隔をもって耕運刃体７が
    軸着されていること。 口　上記耕運刃体７は断面において上記耕運軸６方向に
    湾曲し、かつ、外周に切欠刃部１０が適数個所をもって
    形成されていること。 ハ　上記耕運刃体７の耕運軸６への軸着状態は夫々の耕
    運刃体７の切欠刃ｙ□、Ｐ２．Ｐ３・・・・・・Ｒ７、
    Ｑ、、　Ｑ２．　Ｑ３・・・・・・Ｑ７、Ｒ１？　Ｒ２
    ＝　Ｒ３・・・・・・Ｒ７の横方向に対する位置は位相
    をずらせた状態であること。 ２　上記耕運刃体７はボス８に対して適数のブレード９
    を寄せ集めてボルト８Ａで固定してなる実用新案登録請
