PURPOSE:To perform conveyance and reversion for large-sized moldings including a car bumper and the like as well as to make them possible to be accurately positioned, by installing a rotatable reversing arm in position between uprightness and horizontality of a conveyor centering on a lower position of the outward side in a conveying direction of the conveyor. CONSTITUTION:When a bumper 5 as a molding is dropped and mounted on a conveyor 1 in an upward state at a dropping position 6, the bumper 5 is naturally rotated from A to B so as to become a stable attitude inside a guide frame at both sides of the conveyor 1, and being conveyed in an (a) direction at the stable attitude. あって、その特徴とする処は、プラスチック成形品を搬
送するコンヘアと、このコンヘア上の成形品を受取って
反転させる反転手段と、反転させた成形品を位置決めす
る位置決め手段とを備え、反転手段はコンベアの搬送方
向外方側の下方位置を回動中心として起立状態と前記搬
送方向外方側の略水平状態との間で回動自在な反転アー
ムと、この反転アームの起立時にコンベア上の成形品を
受取りかつ水平方向への回動時に該成形品を反転させて
反転アーム上に移載するように、該反転アームに設けら
れた受取り爪と、該反転アームの遊端側に設けられた位
置決め爪とを具備する点にある。

れており、該反転駆動モーター17により正逆転自在で
ある。なお回動軸11はテールプーリー4の回転中心に
対してバンパー5の寸法L1の1/2程度下でかつ2倍
程度搬送方向側に離れた位置に設定することが望ましく
、また一対の反転アーム12間の間隔L2は、バンパー
5の寸法L1の1/2〜415程度、受取り爪13と位
置決め爪14との間の間隔L3は、ノ\ンパー5の寸法
L1の1.1〜1.6倍程度とすることが望ましい。

ついには自重によって反転回動し、■の如く反転アーム
12上に移載されて行く。そして反転アーム12が略水
平状態まで回動すれば、バンパー5は■の如く完全な反
転状態となるので、次に第1位置決め手段22のエヤー
シリンダ25を作動させ、当板23によりバンパー5を
位置決め爪14側に押圧し、■の如くバンパー5の搬送
方向の位置決めを行う。続いて第2位置決め手段30の
エヤーシリンダ32を作動させ、一対の押圧体31によ
りバンパー5の両端部を外方へと押圧して横方向の位置
決めを行う。この位置決め時において、バンパー5の寸
法L4が小さい場合等には、受板18を水平状態での反
転アーム12よりも上方に位置すべく調整し、反転状態
のバンパー5を受板lB上に載置すれば良い。バンパー
5の反転位置決め後は、第8図に示す如く反転アーム1
2の横方向外方側でバンパー5の下側に一対の取出部材
38を挿入し、この取出部材38を上昇させてバンパー
5を持上げ、反転手段8上から次工程へと移送する。
