Conventionally, it has been very difficult and troublesome to wipe and clean the surfaces of difficult-to-construct objects such as window glass, shutters, walls, etc., or the 1 meter surface of a car body finished with solid wax, without damaging them, and it has to be done in a wide range of applications. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to automatically streamline cleaning work, and as a way to streamline this wiping work in the past, GJ Polybusher, which uses a motor to rotate various rotating flages, motsupu, or actuator-type burbs, performs wiping cleaning. etc. are known.

However, with conventional cleaning equipment such as this Borinosha, the rubbing force associated with wiping is applied to the surface to be cleaned, so it is inevitable that more or less so-called scratches will occur on the surface, resulting in a vanishing mirror finish. This method is difficult to clean, and also has drawbacks such as removing necessary parts such as painted letters written on the surface to be cleaned. Particularly in the case of a 1n1 to be cleaned with a protruding gate, it is very difficult to carry out proper cleaning work without causing damage, and the work efficiency is inevitably degraded. The same applies to the conventional sandblasting method.

The particle size of the particles 9 is desirably about a few micrometers, but the fine size is appropriately selected depending on the shape and dirt condition of the surface 10 to be cleaned. In this invention, an air nozzle B is provided which can inject compressed air into the interior from the outside in an appropriate direction, and the granules 9 housed in the main body container are agitated and pulsated by the air blast while the air nozzle B is opened. 3 to the surface to be cleaned, internal circulation and metabolism is carried out, and the surface is cleaned by adsorption. In addition, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a case is illustrated in which unidirectional air nozzles B are provided, respectively, facing in the three directions of the opening and in the tangential direction.
One air nozzle B sprays the granules onto the surface 10 to be cleaned, and the other air nozzle B prevents the exhaust pores 2 from being clogged and causes internal disturbance and circulation of the granules, respectively. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2,
Two panful plates 7 are provided in each of the central puffy plates 7, and one-way air nozzles facing the opening 3 are provided in the left and right chambers of the main container/inner chamber divided into two by the central puffful plate 7, respectively. , the blowing of the granule wa onto the surface to be cleaned 10 and the stirring movement of the internal granule wa are performed in the left and right chambers 1iIIJIII, respectively. Furthermore, in the practical example shown in Fig. 3, an impeller tube that rotates in the direction of the arrow is provided at the center of the main container, and an air nozzle B that faces toward the opening 3 is provided, and the air blast and the rotation of the impeller tube are The granules 9 are sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned 10 and the internal granules 9 are disturbed and moved, respectively.

In the method of this invention, soft and physically absorbent particles such as sponge or chemical clay stored in a main container are agitated by air blasting and then sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned to clean the surface by adsorption. Because it is a thing,
An outstanding product that can clean the surface to be cleaned to a mirror-like finish in a very reasonable manner without applying any rubbing force or slamming force like in the case of sandblasting, without damaging the surface at all. It has the effect of The granules in the main body container perform internal circulation and metabolism while stirring and moving, so cleaning a vast surface to be cleaned can be done efficiently and continuously with constant and stable function. Cleaning can also be done smoothly and easily by selecting the granules, which has excellent effects such as Z.
