と同径でかつ該遮断ロータ5と外接する作業ロータ6が
前記大きい方の筒状空間2と同心に配置され、該作業ロ
ータ6には該作業ロータ6に内端部が固定され外端が前
記大きい方の筒状空間2の内周面4とほぼ気密を保持し
うる程度の間隙を介して相対している遮断歯9が配置さ
れ、前記遮断ロータ5には、前記遮断歯が前記大小の筒
状空間の交差部を通過の際、前記遮断歯9が通過可能の
凹部10が形成され、前記遮断ロータ5及び遮断ロータ
6には互いに反対方向に同回転速度で所定の関係角度位
置を保って回転し、前記大きい方の筒状空間の筒状内周
面に空気の吐出口15が開口している回転ピストン式送
風機において、空気吸入口20が前記大きい方の筒状空
間2の内端面に開口し、−前記作業ロータ6と一体に回
転して前記空気吸入口20が開口する内端面にそって摺
動して前記空気吸入口20を開閉制御する空気吸入口開
閉弁21をそなえ、前記遮断ロータ5の端部に前記吸入
口開閉制御弁の通過を許容するスリットが形成されてい
