Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は４サイクル・エンジンのヘッド部に装着された円
錐型ロータリーバルブ装置を示したもので、吸排気両バ
ルブが同一の構造となるためにこれらの一方の図を描い
たものである。−図面の数字を若い順−に述べるならば
次の通りである。１・・・円錐型ローター・・・円錐型
ロータリーバ′　　　ルブのロータ一部であり、頭部を
切断した外面を持つものである。２・・・ハウジング・
・・円錐型ローターに対応した内面を持つものである。 そしてこれら１，２の組合せが請求の範囲である。さら
に他を述べるならば、３・・・円錐型ロータリーバルブ
ドライブシャフト・・・クランク軸からの回転力を円錐
型ローターへ伝達するための中間的役割を果すものであ
る。４・・・バネ・・・円錐型ローターをローターの頭
部方向へ押すためのものである。５・・・シャツ。 ト側歯車・・・シャフト３に取付けられた歯車でロータ
ー側歯車６を回転させるものである。６・・田−ター側
歯車・・・ローター側に取付けられた歯車でぃ：シャフ
ト側歯車５からの回転力を受入れるものである。７・・
・プーリー・・・コツクドベルトによりクランクシャフ
トから伝達される回転力をシャフト３へ受入れるもので
ある。８・・・バルブステム・・・円錐型ローターをハ
ウジング側で受けるもので、ハウジングとの段差分を常
に円錐型ローターとハウジングとのスキマ分としシール
性能を一定にするものである。

  1. 頭部を切断した円錐状のローター１と、これに対応した
    内面をもつハウジング２との組合せによる４サイクル・
    エンジン用の吸排気ロータリニバルブであることがこの
    実用新案登録請求の範囲である。
