動波形図、第６図は、従来の張力型フォイル軸受の回転
軸の振動波形図である。 図中、１０は回転軸、１２は金属薄膜、２２は吸振層で

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １葉もしくは複数葉を組み合せた金属薄膜を軸受部材と
    して、回転軸との間に形成される気体膜によって回転軸
    を半径方向、もしくは軸方向に支持してなるフォイル軸
    受において、前記金属薄膜の背面に、潤滑剤もしくは粘
    弾性材からなる吸振層を被着して設けたことを特徴とす
    るフォイル軸受。
