The printed circuit board 18 is directly fixed to the holding tool 19 fixed on a fixing drum 9. The printed circuit board 18 is fixed to the holding tool 19 by forming a projected part 19a on a part of the holding tool 19, inserting the projected part 19a into a square hole 18a formed on a part of the printed circuit board 18 and twisting the projected part 19a.
