びその取付構造に関する。

第1図は従来の回転磁気ヘツドドラム装置の概
略断面図である。同図において5は固定ドラム、
7は固定側トランス、9は回転ドラム、8は回転
側トランスである。ところで従来の固定側トラン
ス7をみるに第2図〜第4図に示す如く、回転側
トランス8との対向面の外周に中継基板1aを設
け、その裏面はコア2aに切欠き2bがあり中継
タンシ3aが中継基板1aに半田付されている。
しかしこのような固定側トランスは、回転側トラ
ンス8との対向面側に中継基板1aがある為、回
転側トランス8のφD1の制限によりチヤンネル数
を多くできない欠点がある。そこで、この欠点を
解決する方法として第5図〜第7図に示す方法が
考えられる。即ちコア2cの裏面に、フレキシブ
ル基板4を接着し、チヤンネル数を多く取れるよ
うにしたものである。

を設けて組み立て時の位置決めの精度を良くし、
かつこの貫通穴を通して中継タンシが固定ドラム
の外部の配線と接続されるようにしたものであ
る。

ム5に接着される面P側には、本発明の中継基板
1bと中継タンシ3bが取り付けられている。そ
の構成を説明する。固定側トランスコア2cの裏
面P(固定ドラムに接着される面)には、中継基
板1bの取付けの為にコア7の一部の肉厚を薄く
して段差Hを設け、その段差H部に巻線端末の第
1の手段として中継基板1bが直接、接着されて
いる。又、第2の手段として中継タンシ3bがあ
り、中継タンシ3bはプラスチツク材で、できた
ケーシング3b′を有し、ケーシング3b′に金属端
子3b″が挿入されており、中継基板1bに半田付
され、中継タンシ3bのケーシング3b′部は直接
固定側トランスコア2cに接着されている。更に
第9図に示す様に固定側トランス7の裏面Pを固
定ヘツドドラム5の内部に直接、接着して、該固
定ヘツドドラム5に設けた穴Aに該固定トランス
7の中継タンシ3bを挿入することにより、位置
決めされ、又、該穴Aより該固定ヘツドドラム5
外部に出た中継タンシ3bの金属端子を第3の中
継手段の基板6にて端末処理している。
