PURPOSE:To simplify a work, by a method wherein a chain, having a mounting metal with a turn-buckle, is installed in a bracing manner to the upper and the lower frame on the steel pillars of the titled pier, and the length of a brace is regulated and tightening is effected by the use of the turn-buckle. CONSTITUTION:An uppermost plate is disposed to steel skeletons 1, a hook is engaged with a bored hole in the plate 2 to mount a high-strength chain 3 to a pillar of the steel skeleton 1, and the suspending chain 3 is extended to place bail cans 9 on a pit excavation bottom.
