(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, the above-mentioned top steel tower 4 is generally extremely large in length in the vertical direction (hereinafter referred to as aspect ratio) compared to the horizontal direction, and the center of gravity is 1/1/1 of the length in the vertical direction. Often exists below 2.

In such a case, the lifting operation until the top of the top steel tower 4 reaches the top of the structure 1 is performed using the top edge of the top steel tower 4 as the suspension point 13, so the center of gravity is located below the suspension point 13, and the aspect ratio is extremely high. Even if the top steel tower 4 is large, it can be raised stably.

However, the lifting operation after moving the suspension point 13 to the lower edge of the top steel tower 4 is extremely inconvenient in the case of the top steel tower 4, which has an extremely large aspect ratio, because the center of gravity will be located above the suspension point 13. It becomes stable.

Moreover, above the structure 1, there is this unstable top steel tower 4.
There is nothing to support the top steel tower 4, and if the top steel tower 4 sways even slightly, this sway increases without being suppressed, and eventually the jacks 2, pedestal 3, etc. This may result in damage to the connecting part 4', hanging material 6', or the top steel tower 4 may fall or fall.

Furthermore, a balance weight member consisting of a balance weight body and a flexible container for storing the balance weight body is used, and when lifting an object, the storage container is placed under the object in advance (= When the object has risen to a required position on the structure, the balance weight body is stored in the storage container, and when the object is lowered, it is placed in the storage container attached to the bottom of the object. It is also possible to store the balance weight body, start descending, and then extract the balance weight body from the object.

That is, when the object is raised during this period, the hanging point of the hanging material is placed at the lower end of the object. If the object continues to rise in this state, the center of gravity of the object will be above the hanging point, so there is a risk of it falling over as described above. Therefore, in the present invention, a balance weight member is attached below the object using, for example, a temporary pillar,
