Next, the operation of the conventional chemical device shown in FIG. 1 will be explained. The chemicals stored in the chemical tank (1) are filled up to the inlet of the injection pump (3) due to the liquid level difference with the injection pump (3). The large mouth valve (2) is fully closed during maintenance of the injection pump (3), but is normally fully open.

The waste liquid valve (4) is used to remove chemicals from inside the piping during maintenance. The outlet valve (5) is also fully open except during maintenance. Since this conventional device usually operates only one injection pump (3), in this example, a check valve (6) is installed to prevent backflow to the two injection pumps (3). The control valve (7) is used to manually adjust the injection amount. Infusion pump (3) with the above equipment configuration
By operating the system, it becomes possible to inject a predetermined amount of chemicals from the tank (1) to the injection point. When cleaning equipment and piping, manually fully close the large mouth valve (2) and outlet valve (5), fully open the waste liquid valve (4), and then operate the cleaning water pump (8). It becomes possible to clean the inside of the piping.

Conventional chemical injection devices are configured as described above, so when cleaning the pipes, it is necessary to manually operate the display devices (such as valves), so it is not always possible to properly clean the pipes. However, this invention has disadvantages such as the precipitation of chemicals in equipment and piping, causing blockages. It was removed for removal, and the manual valve was changed to electrical operation.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chemical injection device that can keep equipment and piping clean by incorporating a control device.

FIG. 6 is a time chart when switching from the 1-system operation shown in FIG. 2 to the 2-system operation, and then cleaning the 1-system piping. First, when operating system 1, the large mouth valve (2) and outlet valve (5) are fully open, the waste liquid valve (4) and the wash water valve (9) are fully closed, and the injection pump (3) is operated. It is possible to inject chemicals into any device via the control valve (7). At this time, each valve of the two systems and devices such as the injection pump are in a fully closed or stopped state. Next, when switching to the 2nd system, switch the system by fully closing and stopping each valve and injection pump of the 1st system equipment, and bringing the 2nd system equipment into the same operating state as the 1st system equipment described above. . To move on to the pipe cleaning process for system 1, after confirming that system 2 is operating normally, remove the waste liquid valve (4) and the wash water valve (
9) is fully opened and the injection pump (3) is operated. Cleaning shall be completed after a certain period of time, and the equipment shall be fully closed and stopped in preparation for the next operation. All of the above operations are performed by the control device 0υ.
