Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a persimmon or zerkova like grain pattern having good appearance, by preparing a coating solution by appropirately mixing an oil urethane solution. CONSTITUTION:An urethane solution being a main material, a curing agent and distilled water are respectively mixed in a ratio of 500:50:150 to prepare a prepared solution. This prepared solution 4 is poured in bottles while the filled bottles are respectively preserved for one day, two days, three days, four days and five days to prepare solutions 4a-4e. When the solution 4 is preserved for 4-5 days and becomes old, elongated gas bubbles are generated in the solution 4. Then, at least three of the solutions 4a-4e are combined to prepare a coating solution 5 which is, in turn, adhered to the surface of a desired article to be coated while flowed out into a water stream flowing to one direction. By this method, the grain is coated and formed by the new solution and wood knot parts are coated and formed by the collapse of gas bubbles generated in the old solution to obtain a grain pattern having persimmon touch of feeling.

The present invention eliminates this drawback by appropriately mixing old and new urethane solutions to apply or print a wood grain pattern in the shape of persimmon, zelkova, or American persimmon.

以下、図面につき本発明の一実施例を詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Thus, the object to be coated is placed in a water tank 6 while watching the flow of the coating liquid 5, and the coating liquid 5 is applied to the surface of the object in streaks, and then taken out of the water and dried.

As mentioned above, in the present invention, the coating liquid is prepared by combining the new liquid and the old liquid, so the new liquid coats the wood grains, and the old liquid coats the joints of the wood by collapsing the air bubbles generated. Since the annual rings of the tree and the satin pattern are applied at the same time, the wood grain has a texture similar to that of a persimmon or zelkova, giving it a good appearance and giving the user a real feel.
