Claims (1)
- ハウジング側に担持したフローティングシートとシャフ
ト側に担持したシールリングを摺接して軸封するメカニ
カルシールにおいて、内径面をＯリングを介してハウジ
ング側に対し気密的に、かつ浮上担持するとともに球面
状外周面をハウジング側に内挿したフローティングシー
トと、シャフト側に固着したカラーの外周に対しそ内径
に形成した断面が円弧状の円弧状皮面を外挿してなるコ
ンプレッションリングと、該コンプレッションリングに
摺動面の他端と当接し、回動連結するとともに前記フロ
ーティングシートと摺動面を密接し、かつシャフト側の
部材外周にＯリングを介して気密的に浮上担持しでなる
シールリングと、上記コンプレッションリングをシール
リング方向に弾性押圧するコイルスプリング等の弾性部
材からなり、前記フローティングシートとハウジング側
・の気密担持構造部内外径と、シールリングとシャフト
側の気密担持構造部内外径が略同径となるこ゛ とを特
徴とするメカニカルシール。
