CONSTITUTION:A multi-layered sheet material 1 having a surface layer 3 and a back surface layer 4 with the hue of the layer 3 different from that of the layer 4 is placed in a vacuum mold 5 with a contoured pattern (a pattern of a flower 2) followed by vacuum forming so that the back surface layer 3 is spread and is made thinner correspondingly to the contoured pattern of the mold 5. Thus the hue of the back surface layer 4 is allowed to appear to the surface thereby a section having a pattern with natural touch and free from slippage of colors can be formed in a single step.
