Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous input by generating a key operating tone to each input mode in the key input device having plural input modes so as to inform the present input mode to the operator. CONSTITUTION:When any of input mode designation keys 3, 4, 5 and 6 is operated, a signal is outputted to an input mode selecting circuit 7 via signal lines l1-l4, the present input mode is selected by the signal and also a key signal corresponding to the input mode is outputted onto a signal line l5. Each drive terminal of oscillating circuits 10-13 having different frequencies f1-f4 is connected respectively to the terminals t10-t13 of a switching circuit 9, and each output is connected to a oscillation body 14. When the input mode selection key 3 is operated, the oscillation circuit 10 is driven and the signal in the frequency f1 is generated from the oscillation body 14 at each key operation of a key group 2.

切り変換2文節区切り変換等の入力モードを有している
がそれぞれ一長一短である。現在では一つのキー人力装
置で上記のうち複数の入力モードを有するものが多く、
オペレータが必要に応じ一つの入力モードを選択して入
力を行うものがほとんどである0そのようなキー人力装
置においてL選択された入力モードを示すためにLED
表示を行ったり、CRT上に現在の入力モードを表示し
たりしているが、オペレータが熟練するにつれ、ブライ
ンドタッチで使用する場合、入力モードの誤認に気付か
ず異なつ之入カモードで入力してしまい、入力効率が低
下する欠点があった。
