Conventionally, liquid deodorizers have been used either by adding or coating the liquid to the target object, by applying it as an aerosol spray, or by impregnating and drying it onto unglazed ceramics. However, there are very few people who know that it is impregnated and dried in a fiber sheet. The first reason is that fiber sheets, whether woven, nonwoven, or knitted, have microscopic fiber gaps that are porous, but they maintain voids that effectively deodorize while promoting ventilation. It is assumed that this is because it is necessary to stack a large number of fiber sheets on top of each other, which inevitably increases costs.Among zero-order fiber sheets, it has high water absorption and occupies a large amount of space relative to the amount of fibers. Absorbent cotton bands and pulp cotton bands have been used as carriers for liquid deodorants, but as is well known, these have not been used as carriers for liquid deodorants due to their fluffy surfaces and weak mechanical strength of hair removal (fibers). The second reason could be that it didn't even happen.

The applicant has succeeded in compressing and embossing absorbent cotton strips under steam heating, which had previously been thought to be technically impossible. A patent application was made in 1886 (1986) for a cotton and sheep woven fabric that retained its elasticity and water absorption properties, did not expand in the thickness direction during use, and was guaranteed to have increased strength due to embossed seams.
No. 81 (filed on July 22, 1981), which contributes to increasing the suitability of absorbent cotton belts, and furthermore, by impregnating and drying a liquid deodorant in Hokono cotton non-woven fabric, a deodorizing agent for absorbent cotton belts is provided. In 1937, a method of imparting suitability as a carrier was introduced.
Already provided by patent application dated February 1999 lθ.

The liquid deodorant used in the present invention refers to the leaves of Camelliaaceae plants,
That is, components having deodorizing and deodorizing effects contained in the fresh leaves of tea plants, sasanqua flowers, camellia, sakaki, etc. or their dried products were extracted with alcohol-based, ketone-based solvents, water, and mixed solvents thereof. It consists of a pale yellow oily liquid, and its active ingredients are the above-mentioned deodorizing ingredients.
This product is manufactured by Shiraimatsu Shinyakumi under the brand name "Fresh Shiraimatsu 7" (some dealers also call it "Fresca"). ] This product is highly available on the market, and has aromatic properties and a slight taste. The chemical characterization and quantitative determination of the above components has not yet been sufficiently elucidated. Although its deodorizing effect is only a matter of speculation, it is thought to be due to the combined action of several components such as inclusion, neutralization, and addition reactions of flavanols, flavanols, and organic polymers, as well as ammonia, Trimethylamine, acetic acid (and hydrogen sulfide)
It also shows an excellent odor removal rate. The details can be found in the patent application filed earlier by the above company, 1986-127 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
6-100080), so I will omit it here. By combining this liquid deodorant with a layer of moisture-absorbing material such as silica gel, the present invention produces a characteristic that cannot be obtained with existing deodorants in that it exhibits a removal rate of 98%. The moisture-absorbing material layer is preferably a silica gel powder layer, but may also include Silasburn, water-absorbing polymers [for example, "Aqualic OA" manufactured by Nippon Shokubai Chemical Co., Ltd.
, manufactured by Sanyo Kasei Corporation (product name: "°Sunwet")], powder particles of activated carbon, calcined vermiculite, porous ceramics, etc., or a non-water-absorbing fiber sheet (for example, manufactured by Asahi Kasei Corporation (trade name)) "BAR (Super, Avery Pent Pen Reese) non-woven fabric" can also be applied instead of the powder layer. The above-mentioned procedure for applying the deodorant liquid and the moisture absorbing material layer in the absorbent cotton band and compressing the entire layer for embossing is to apply the above deodorant liquid to the absorbent band whose main material is absorbent cotton. A step of impregnating it with an aqueous solution, a step of drying it to reduce hair build-up and polishing it, and a step of scattering moisture-absorbing material powder on the obtained absorbent cotton band and treating it with a deodorant using the same method. and a step of stacking another absorbent cotton band after drying,
The process of compressing and embossing the upper and lower absorbent cotton strips at the same time is similar to the process of compressing and embossing the upper and lower absorbent cotton strips at the same time. , 2 to a laminating roll having an embossing roll 4 on the upper side and a flat roll 5 on the lower side. , when using a hygroscopic fiber sheet, sandwich 1.2 g of both absorbent cotton bands)
By crimping (either cold or hot) with the roll 4.5, the absorbent cotton band 1.1 has a layer of moisture-absorbing powder particles 8 sandwiched therebetween, and has a thickness of 1/8 to 1/8 of its original thickness. The fiber sheet S is obtained by compressing the fiber sheet 11g to a thickness of 1/8, and compressing and integrating both the strips l1g with the deodorizing agent impregnated and dried between the strips. The upper absorbent cotton band 2 has a recess 41. An embossed pattern consisting of convex portions 42 is provided. The moisture-absorbing powder particles 8 are entangled with the fibers that are strongly compressed by the recesses 42, and are immovably fixed between the layers of both bands 11g even without an adhesive. Uneven part 41.42
The sheet of the present invention which has been subjected to embossed patterns and compression by
“Of course, hair is prevented, and the tensile and bending strengths are also reinforced, so it can be used for various purposes. It is also an effective method to apply compression and embossing to the entire laminate of reinforcing fiber sheets on the front and back sides (either side is fine).A specific example of this is shown in Figure 4. As is clear from the above, fiber sheets) 6..7 (in this example, a nonwoven fabric of cellulose-based chemical fibers) are stacked on the front and back of absorbent cotton band 1.Ia, and both cotton bands 1 and 2 are compressed and embossed, respectively. It is easy to understand that the fiber sheet S, which has been sufficiently reinforced by these fiber sheets 8.7, can be more durable than the previous ones when it is pulled or bent while an object is placed on it. In addition,
As this reinforcing fiber sheet, in addition to non-woven fabrics of various fibers, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, stiff paper, net fabrics, etc. can be freely adopted.

The technique of impregnating and drying the deodorant liquid into the absorbent cotton band and its equivalent/alternative range is described in the patent application filed on February 1, 1981, and also the polymerization of the absorbent cotton band and the sprinkling of moisture-absorbing powder between them. The technology to be supplied and the range of equivalents/substitutes are described in detail in the patent application filed on February 9, 1982, so detailed explanations are omitted here.

(Examples 1 to 5) (1) Samples and their details...as shown in Table C1], blank space below) As is clear from the above results, the average removal rate for 1kl of the sample sandwiching the silica gel layer was 94. Although it is a high value for trimethylamine alone, sample winds 4 and 5, which also sandwiched a silica gel layer, gave excellent results with a maximum value of 97 to 98 degrees. On the other hand, the average removal rate of sample air Qs 3 holding a hygroscopic fiber sheet was on the order of 70, which indicates that it is on the same level as that of activated carbon. should be written in %. Considering the fact that sample winds 2 and 8 are inferior to l1kl and 4.5 in terms of removal rate, it is likely that this is due to the difference in the moisture absorbing material layer. It is determined by comparison. A comparison between samples hh4 and 5, which have the same amount of silica gel layer but different amounts of deodorant, shows that the amount of deodorant does not make a difference in the removal rate. It is speculated that this is due to the saturation value of the medicinal effect of the Mori deodorant, or that there is no difference in the additive effect of silica gel.

As can be understood from the description and explanation, according to the present invention, the deodorizing and removal rate of conventional activated carbon is 70 or slightly higher than that of conventional activated carbon by using a fiber sheet that absorbs deodorizing ingredients contained in the leaves of Camelliaaceae plants. A new deodorizing fiber sheet can be obtained that can exhibit a high removal rate equivalent to, and even exceeds, 94$th, and this sheet is thinned by compression and post-processing, so it can be strongly impregnated, and it is lightweight. Because it is easy to handle, it provides superior benefits such as greater convenience compared to conventional solid powder deodorants and liquid deodorants.
