Abstract

PURPOSE:To strongly compact soft ground by a method in which a working scaffold tower serving as a measuring scale for its height and as a scaffold in combination is set on the surrounding of a rod having a consolidator on its lower end, and striking or vibration is applied to the upper end of the rod. CONSTITUTION:A rod 1 is hung down to the mound M of the seabed through a wire rope 3 by the leader L of a crane ship S, and a working scaffold tower serving as a measuring scale is set around the rod 1. Striking or vibration is applied to a striking plate 5 along leader rail 4 by a Diesel hammer H to compact the mound M. The setting of the tower 6 enables the working scaffold to be utilized and also to be used as a measuring scale, so that the accuracy of the construction work can be raised.

固め又は仕上げるものであるが、さらに該ロッド(1)
の周囲にその高さに対応した測量定規兼作業足場用槽(
6)を配置したもの′Cある。該櫓(6)は4本の支柱
(7)に梁(8)及び筋向い(9)を適宜の間隔に配置
し同図(ロ)に示す−J、うに上方から児て四角形状の
櫓状に組んだものであるが、四角形状に限らず、他の形
状でもよい。
