定する光半導体結合器において、前記レンズの外周に焼
付金属層を形成し、固定部材は熱膨張係数の小さい合金
材料によって形成すると共に空気抜き孔及び割溝を形成
して、球レンズを焼付金属層を介して固定部材にロウ付
