Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 自動車の後部開口部に配設されるバックドアの構造であ
    って、 該後部開口部の上縁部にヒンジ機構を介して取−付けら
    れ、上部に開口を有し、該後部開口部の開閉を行なうバ
    ンクドア本体と、 該バックドア本体と上記後部開口部との間で、バンクド
    ア本体の上部開口を覆う位置に配設され、上部に設けた
    ヒンジ機構を介して上記バンクドア本体とは独立して開
    閉するものであって、バンクドア本体が開かれていると
    きのみ開にすることが可能となるように構成されたバッ
    クドアガラスとを備える一方、上記バックドア本体の閉
    時にバックドアガラスの下端部に当接する部分のバック
    ドア本体に、リヤワイパーが取付けられていて、該リヤ
    ワイパーは、付勢手段によってそのワイパーブレードが
    バックドアガラスの上面に圧接されており、上記バンク
    ドア本体には、バックドア本体の開時、上記リヤワイパ
    ーが上記バックドア本体の上部開口内に向かって倒れる
    のを規制する規制部材が設けられていることを特徴とす
    る自動車のバックドア構造。
