ルボン酸ニトリVゴム等のようにフェノールと反応酸は
相溶性のあるものならばよく特に限定するものではない
が好ましくはより相溶性のよい末端°カルボン酸ニトリ

性フェノール樹脂であってもよい。上記ゴム、加硫剤、
フェノール拐脂以外の添加剤としては通常用いられるヘ
キサミン等の硬化剤、離型剤、龜色剤、補強剤、充填剤
をそのまま用いることができ混合、混練、粉砕し必要に
応じて造粒し、た加硫剤含有ゴム変性フモノーIし樹脂
成形材料を用いるものである。次に上記成形材料を通常
の方法で加熱加圧成形して特に成形品を加熱処理して後
硬化させることによって強靭な成形品とすることができ
るものである。加熱処理条件は特に限定するものでなく
成形材料に応じて最適加熱処理条件を選択することがで
