図中、２，１５，１７及び２４は整流回路、５はトラン
スフォーマ、８′はパルス発生回路、９は差動回路、１
０は基準電圧源、−２０及び２１はスイッチング・トラ
ンジスタ、Ｌｌ及びＬ２はトランス了オーマ５の１次側
