第2のスイッチングトランジスタと、上記出カドランス
の上記2次側コイルに接続された整流回路と、上記直流
電源端子間に接続された抵抗器とコンデンサと上記起動
コイルとの直列回路から成る充電回路と、上記充電回路
のコンデンサ及び起動コイルに並列接続された放電回路
とを備え、よ記放電回路は第3及び第4のスイッチング
トランジスタを有1、上記第3のスイッチングトランジ
スタの制御電極及び出力電極を上記第4のスイッチング
トランジスタの出力電極及び制御電極に夫々相互接続し
、上記第3及び第4のスイッチングトランジスタの夫々
の共通電極を上記コンデンサ及び起動コイルに並列接続
すると共に上記コンデンサの次光電電圧を分圧器を介し
